Tim Altvater is the most
enthusiastic and consistent mentor I have ever had. He has given me
so many opportunities to learn and so many chances to succeed that
if I don't become a millionaire, I will literally have nobody to
blame.
I met Tim Altvater for
the first time in March of 2001 at a Mannefest convention in
Chicago. Tim is the ultimate salesman, a real master. If you
had Tim on your sales team, you wouldn't even need a
marketing department. I have met other people who are as good a
salesman as Tim, yet he has something they do not.
I was recently trying to
pinpoint what this something 'else' is. I finally put my
finger on it. Tim has a system. He has consistency. And he is
really powerful and effective operating with both . . . a
winning combination. Tim Altvater makes more money in a month than
most people make in a year. Although we not longer work with Tim
Altvater as a Mannatech associate, we look forward to doing another
business venture with him. We also had the opportunity to see Tim
Altvater operate outside of the Mannatech environment in a club
called TMC. This was a club sponsered by millionaire web mogul
Tony
Seruga. Tim brought an incredible amount of integrity and
task-oriented effectiveness in one of the most
most
bizarre mentoring situations I have ever experienced.
Tim is a pretty
"spiritual" guy in the world of dishonest marketing and ill intended
profit mongering. He really believes what he is doing. Yes Mannatech
is an MLM and is not a business model that BSA recommends for
everyone. On the other hand, there are those who can be immensely
successful at it if they generate an iterative marketing system.
It is Tim Altvater's
systematic
consistency that stands out. I know Tim personally, and I know he
gets tired. He doesn't usually show it. But he has behaved truly
selflessly with us on many occasions. To us, this was more important than both
success and money, and will never be forgotten. When he probably
doesn't feel like it, Tim will lend you a hand. He really tries to
help others, really needs to help others succeed. Sales are
not enough for him, and it shows.
On the other hand, he
expects you to bust your ass. He really wont waste time on you for
very long if you don't buckle down and implement an iterative system.
And here's the thing: When it comes to MLM- Tim Altvater knows what
he's talking about.
